- QC Data Auto-synchronize: QC records with pre-filled PO data will be synchronized automatically from QC Centre to Tablet whenever 3G or WiFi available. The synchronization process will be done ALL or NOTHING. It will make sure that a single record can be fully downloaded completely without any corruption even when there is network connection problem.
- QC Record History : There is QC records version control in every QC report upload/download that can keep track the progress of the changes of the QC data.
- QC Records Assignment: Garment QC order records will be assigned to designated inspector and synchronized specifically to his/her individual Mobile Tablet device by the Managers or himself/herself.
- QC Record Schedule : The system can manage QC records in calendar view according to inspection location and date which provides simple and easy project overviews.
- QC Multimedia Data Capture: QC data such as Product Quantity, Product Conformity, Packing, Marking/Labeling, Workmanship, Defects, Measurements can be recorded via Text notes, Image snapshots with annotation marks, Video and Voice.
- QC International Standard: The Apps follows the international AQL Quality Control standard which supporting auto-calculation of sample size and defect allowance (Critical /Major/Minor) based on each order quantity. The App allows the company to preset AQL standard for different customers and product types.
- QC E-form and QC Report Templates: The App allows company to preset multiple sets of customized E-form templates and QC Report Templates for different customers and product types. All these template customization can be done easily through EXCEL setting in our QM Engine, without any extra programming works.
- QC Defect Codes and Testing Plan Templates: The App allows company to preset multiple sets of customized Defect Code tables and Testing Plan templates for different customers and product types. This greatly helps to standardize the process for future Product Defect Analysis or Factory Performance Analysis.
